چکیده

Abstract Cinnamomum camphora linalool type ( C. type) is an economically important plant that contains abundant linalool. To explore the optimal concentration of exogenously applied indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) for root formation and development, morphological analyses were performed with plants after a 1-min soaking treatment five different concentrations IBA. When grown on medium (laterite ash) 60 days 3000 mg/L IBA, ratio number roots significantly higher than those obtained 0, 1000, 2000, or 4000 IBA treatment. After stem bases at key stages development (0, 14, 21, 28, 42 days) selected global transcriptome analyses. modified expression genes related to auxin, brassinosteroid, abscisic signalling transduction pathways. The rooting process reduced accumulation starch synthesis but promoted metabolism D-glucose. Our study identified optimum short segments regulate transcriptional level.

The Effect of Different Treatments of Indole-3-Butyric Acid (IBA) on Rooting of Clerodendron Phlomidis

The research has been done for assessment of effects of different concentrations of Indole-3-Butyric Acid (IBA) on rhizogenesis of scions of C. Phlomidis in 2010.  The research has been done on Randomized Complete-blocks for five replications and three treatments with zero, 2000ppm and 3000pmm concentration. Different characters such as number of root of each scion, length of root, length of ne...

Stress Enhances Indole 3 - butyric Acid - induced Rooting in Bupleurum falcatum L . ( Saiko ) Root Culture

Ildole 3 butyric acid (IBA) at 8rng l i induced, vigorous rooting in Bupleurum falcatum L. (Saiko) root culture in B5 medium after about 2weeks, when it was added at the time when detached roots were transferred to fresh medium. The rooting activity markedly decreased with delay of IBA addition after root 2transplantation, and was hardly observed when IBA was added at the 7th day. Stresses such...

Genetic analysis of indole-3-butyric acid responses in Arabidopsis thaliana reveals four mutant classes.

Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) is widely used in agriculture because it induces rooting. To better understand the in vivo role of this endogenous auxin, we have identified 14 Arabidopsis mutants that are resistant to the inhibitory effects of IBA on root elongation, but that remain sensitive to the more abundant auxin indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). These mutants have defects in various IBA-mediated r...
